Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

• Sale or clearance items

• Services already rendered

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are customer-paid and not covered by Cozy Web Shoppe, LLC. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
